Performance Fescue Sod™

Performance Fescue Sod™ is a 3 way blend of turf type tall fescues which all utilize the new lateral spread technology breed into each variety. The lateral spread capability will help with self-repair and keeping the grass thick and lush. Performance Fescue Sod™ is netted for easy handling and contains a small percentage of proprietary bluegrass to help fill and thicken the overall mix.

Ordering Performance Fescue Sod™

  • After researching and comparing the different turf grasses available you will conclude that the Performance Fescue Sod mix is the best available for your project.

  • Measure the area to be covered to determine your square-yardage requirements.  Using a tape-measure you can quickly determine the length and width of the area.  Multiplying the length and width together will give you the square-footage. 

  • Call Eastgate Sod at (513) 608-1855 for pricing, to order your sod, and confirm availability.

  • Performance Fescue Sod can typically be picked up at our Batavia or Loveland locations by calling 1 day in advance.  Our hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday - Friday.  If you are going to pick-up your sod, ordering early in the week will provide the quickest turn-around.

  • Delivery orders should be scheduled anywhere from a couple of days to a week in advance, depending on the time of year.  Orders are filled on an “as available basis”.
